An Open Letter to Sarah Palin

He and I may not share the same politics, but as the wife of a Gulf War-Era US Army Veteran, with PTSD, I applaud the measured, dignified and professional way he chose to address Sarah Palin’s grossly inappropriate and deliberately misguided remarks.

Thank you for your words and service, Chris Mark.

Didn’t see the comments you refer to. Link? Does Trump really stand a chance or do you think the US will come to its senses come candidate selection day?

I was pleased to see a Veteran speak truth to power about PTSD, a topic that, along with other mental health issues, has been a “dirty little secret,” in the US. Sarah Palin made dangerously flippant comments, and US Marine Corps Veteran, Chris Mark, correctly called her remarks “foolish and ignorant.” I concurred wholeheartedly, which is why I shared his blog post.

The donald is a demagogue, who is cunning, ambitious and a megalomaniac. I have stopped following/watching media outlets that continue to give him free airtime. I find him extremely distasteful, bigoted and frighteningly similar to hitler. The Republican Party has their work cut out for them. Let’s hope they can stop their own clowncar of chaos.
