Spiritual and Prayer Warriors Needed for the Harris Family
Today’s post was supposed to be funny. It will not be. It will be short.
A family that is very dear to me was in a very serious car accident. They remain hospitalized.

Michelle, my heart and tears go out to the family. That was hard to read. I shall be giving my children a tight hug today.

Reblogged this on Chronicles of a 40-something Nurse Wannabe and commented:
Update from the Harris Family: Little Mighty Heidi Ann Harris grew her angel wings tonight at 17:55. She fought until the end, but her injuries were too much for her little 6 year old body to endure. Please continue to surround this family with love, warm energy and lift them up in prayer. It is a sad day, but Heidi is smiling, dancing and when I look at a ray of sunlight, I will think of her.

That’s so sad… My thoughts are with you and the family. May she Rest In Peace

Michelle I can’t tell you how sorry we were to hear this. I wrote a post on my blog about my near death accident when I flipped my Tahoe six times. It was what put me on my back for more than a year and the reason I began writing. I still have problems dealing with flashbacks from the accident. But children involved as well….this is terrible. No sooner did I read this, that I called my pastor and asked for prayer from our church. I will share this and get the word out so that we can hold them up! Please keep us informed of their condition as this will worry me and God bless.

Inion,
Unfortunately the tiniest victim, Mighty Heidi, has become Heaven’s newest angel. The injuries were too much for her little body to handle. Mom and her older sister, Denise, are both recovering slowly, but are home, FINALLY.
Keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. Please give your loved ones a tight hug, in honor of Heidi.
A memorial fund, to assist the family, has been set up: http://www.mightyheidi.org/
Hugs,
Michelle

Patti,
Mighty Heidi is dancing in Heaven, but we really miss her here. She’s our newest angel. Thank you for your kind words.
